Emerging Leaders Program for Surveyors

The Emerging Leaders Program for Surveyors is designed for individuals in the land surveying profession who are committed to developing their leadership and business skills. This program delivers targeted training in the essential competencies identified by industry leaders as critical for success in senior roles. Through highly interactive sessions led by experts in business strategy, communication, and firm management, participants will gain tools to lead more effectively and contribute to the long-term success of their organizations.

Applications must be uploaded upon initial registration online no later than April 1, 2026. 

Participation is limited to 20. To ensure broad representation, one participant per firm will be accepted initially. If space allows after the early registration period, firms may be invited to register additional participants. A waiting list will be maintained.
