Survey Practice Lead - Lamp Rynearson

Ideal candidates may also have licensure in nearby states, AutoCAD and Civil3D experience, proficiency in legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and subdivision plats, as well as interest or experience in emerging technologies, photogrammetry, and scanning.

Survey Project Manager - Lamp Rynearson

                          Field Survey Project Manager - KDOT

                          This Land Surveyor II position is under the Bureau of Right of Way and covers the full State of Kansas. This position supervises the preliminary survey activities for the Bureau of Right of Way and manages the internal resources, along with coordination of consultant survey resources utilized by the Bureau.

                          The Land Surveyor is responsible for locating, establishing and/or relocating section corners, property corners and KDOT right of way, reviewing deeds and plans relative to project site, alignment recovery and establishment, vertical control recovery and benchmark establishment. This position also obtains elevations and topographic information, makes on site project inspections of survey operations to review all operations and trains appropriate District personnel in surveying and basic mathematics.
