• A. Member - Full Conference - Early Bird – $275.00
  Registration for up to 14 Hours of Seminar presentations, plus annual meeting. Valid through September 26.
• B. Member - Full Conference – $325.00
  Registration for up to 14 Hours of Seminar presentations, plus annual meeting.
• C. Non-Member PS Full Conference - Early Bird – $375.00
  Registration for up to 14 Hours of Seminar presentations, plus annual meeting. Valid through September 26.
• D. Non-Member PS - Full Conference – $400.00
  Registration for up to 14 Hours of Seminar presentations, plus annual meeting.
• E. Student with an Associate Membership - Free
• F. Partial Credit Hours
  Please use the multiplier below to indicate number of hours you wish to take. If you are taking less than 8 hours on Friday, there is an extra charge if you want to be included in the lunch.
