Location & Accommodations
The Annual Conference will be held at the Ramada Inn located at 420 SE 6th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas. Mention KSLS for our special room rate.

Booth Space
Exhibitor booth space will include: one 6’ table, two chairs, a full-page ad in the handout booklet, one meal ticket for both day's lunches and snacks.
Hours
Exhibitors can start setting up on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. All classes will be held in the adjoining room and participants will be encouraged to visit the Exhibitors during all available times. Exhibitors will break down their booth after the afternoon break around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017.
Social Hour
Exhibitors are encouraged to join us for Social Hour on Wednesday evening, October 18, 2017, starting at 7:00 p.m. Please consider a donation to sponsor this event. If you would like to donate to this function, please indicate on the registration form.
Lunch
One lunch meal ticket and snacks will be provided each day with each booth space. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased in advance.
Ad Space
Each Exhibitor will be given a full page ad in the handout booklets. The ads will need to be emailed to KSLS in .png format, by September 10th to get into the booklet.
Scholarship Fund
Three raffles benefiting the KSLS Charitable Foundation will be held during the Annual Conference. Items raffled include a Henry Big Boy Centerfire Rifle, a signed, limited edition print, titled "Among the First," and two field hunts (2 and 3 hours respectively).
A Sporting Clays shoot will take place on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at Ravenwood Lodge, beginning at 1:00. All proceeds benefit the Foundation.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel the program and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. A participant may cancel a registration up to two weeks before the course date and receive a full refund. Any cancellation after October 7, 2017, will receive a full refund minus $50.
Any registrations received after October 7, 2017, will have a $45 Late Fee assessed.
